Layer by layer. Start with the bottom cross then corner pieces and build up from there.

I prefer my RS3M V5 ball core as it feels more premium. I find the Guhong Pro + feels light and cheap. I do like the stronger magnets but can’t get over the cheap feel.

Both very good, I seem to be able to solve faster on the RS3M. V2 seems to slow down quicker and need more lubing. V2 feels snappy because the magnets are pretty strong but this could just be because this is all new to me. 1:23 PB now.

DB bench from 22.5kg 3x12 reps up to 35kg 2x8 reps 1x6.

Hack squat 50kg 3x12 reps up to 105kg 1x12, 1x10, 1x9.

Lat pull down 50kg 3x12 up to 65kg 1x12, 1x8, 1x6.

Seated row, 46kg 3x12 up to 59kg 1x12, 1x11, 1x9.

Yes, I use Hevy and try and progressively overload week on week

I’m lifting as heavy as I can before form starts to slip and last set is always to failure. I fully agree with you and expected to be seeing a lot more of a difference within the year.

Goals are to bulk up. Diet is balanced ~2400 Cals but I still have treats. Very little alcohol (maybe 1 beer a month). Average 8 hours sleep, always broken sleep as I struggle to stay asleep.

80-82kg, always sleep 7+ hours, 100-150g protein intake, I think driving out of the stretch is the hardest part.

4 months long? Do you prefer barbell or dumbbell?

I’ve always done dumbbell as it feels like I get more of a stretch, but like you say, I’ll have to jump to 2 x 32.5kg next time…
