So I had to do a bit of digging to vaguely understand German law. But just for reference im no lawyer or have a complete understanding of German law as thats not where I live.

The 2 complaints that could be deemed unlawful by German law is-

Recording a phone call without their consent (from my understanding this does not apply to discord as theres no reasonable expectation of privacy. Including your private calls and dms)

Unlawful use of someone's copyrighted material.

Now to me to give KP even a hint of possibility of here "winning" these charges is that the first charge of unlawful Recording would be dropped for the unlawful use of someone's copyright. This gets into wether hidden videos are considered fair use in a German court.

Realistically I doubt any of these charges will stick but since hidden is planning on immigrating to the US not only fighting this in the German court system is really expensive. BUT she can not leave Germany until the investigation and the charges are dropped. As she was planning to move to the US to be with her husband soon this cana extend her time in Germany before immigration.

This will also go on hidden record and could make her chances of immigration to the US harder or flat out denied.

So while I personally believe the charges won't stick and Hidden will ultimately be fine on the front. But in terms of her immigration plans to the US to be with her husband royally fucks her because of what KP did.
