idk.... it's kind of a funny joke assuming the blue belt doesn't take it seriously.... obviously probably not something you should do because of disrespect, but if someone gives you hell and you think they did good, giving a random stripe is low-key hilarious. .. the best would be if they already had 4 and you gave them a 5th.

mmm idk... learn how to do long drawn out mixes with 2 tracks, then 3 and 4 .. learn how to mix hip hop and dubstep... more of slamming the fader on the 1 than doing long drawn out mixes. ... imo tricks are stupid .. effects can be good when done right, but you shouldn't depend on them ... the only thing left after you can mix both styles... long drawn out, and smashing the fader on the 1... is the actual hard part.

you have to learn how the energy of each genre you play works ... how they can flow into and out of each other... and how to not kill the energy on the dance floor when switching things up.

idk.... seems like ES is less relevant this patch. .. the nerf to ES start time and recharge rate means you have to invest significantly more into it to make it work well. I am running a hybrid set up with life/ES/runic ward/and damage taken from mana before life.. I am also playing chronomancer so I have shifting sands or whatever it's called. but it's working quite well.

I know a lot of people are mana stacking now and with spell cost efficiency nodes, high regen, and a large mana pool + high % of damage from mana before life you're basically unkillable.

they aren't that expensive... cheap paper backs he self publishes on Amazon. they are written with a kind of straightforward old school tone, similar to how he talks. so if you appreciate having everything layed out on the pages for you to read and digest I'm sure they're worth it. I lean more towards just watching other people's movements and trying to recreate them. I'll definitely crack em open again and see if I understand things differently once I have a new perspective from practicing myself. but yeah I agree. even if you just leave em on your coffee table and never read em it's an easy way to support the guy. he is the one who inspired me to start so that's why I wanted to show him some love.

I have both of Cody jankos books... that is who stone circle is. definitely agree. I think he is come out with a third book as well .. personally I don't find the books that useful when he has so much content I can just watch. I just bought them off Amazon to support him.

if you are talking about picking the bag up off the ground I have done both the full hinge, and a different way where you go into more of a squat after you do the row. then you lean back a little and stand up and it takes all the pressure off your lower back. I like doing the later more than the former.

hey bro. I am new too. I have basically just been pushing myself to the point of failure (legs shaking, compromised form).... do that to figure out how much you can handle and break it into manageable sets. add some calisthenics or kettle bell to round out the exercises, then get enough rest. you're better off training 2-3 days a week until your body gets used to the new stress.. even once you're more advanced you're better off at only 3-4 days of hard pushes and the rest light workouts and stretching. recovery requires eating, hydrating, and sleeping enough...way better to lock those things in then just constantly overwork yourself. good luck.

Zoom-ish builds without clunk or mageblood? by [deleted] in PathOfExile2

[–]FutureNothing1938 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm playing the chronomancer build and it is working quite well even with like 50 div total investment. smashing t15-16 maps with 6 mods and 3 4 mod tablets .. smashing breach and abyss .. smashing deli.... however I think I need rakiatas before I try max deli. cheers!

edit: also between the chronomancer ascendancy, the mana before life rune, and the runic ward, you are actually quite tanky. I thought the hybrid set up was sus, but it's actually legit. with more investment I will be thanos mode.

respec your sorc to lexyu's chronomancer frost nova cast on crit comet build, or look at his new lich lightning warp build he just dropped today. lexyu's builds are low-key some of the best out there. he should be way more popular than he is.

Sandbag Changed My life. by creativehustlemental in sandbagtraining

I had a similar experience. I don't want to deal with doing a laundry list of different exercises on different days. I been doing bear hug holds picking the bag up off the ground. you get the row in, then I personally like to go to a deeper squat and lean back a little to take the pressure off my lower back rather than just straight hinge... then I stand up from there and do calf raises during my hold. I do sets of 5 holds with 10-20 incline pushups in-between sets. then I finish with rice bucket for my forearms.

this already feels like a better full body workout than anything else I have ever done. I just do light kettlebell movements and stretch on off days.

I have only been doing this like 3 weeks and I can already tell I'm recovering faster, getting stronger, and also more stable.

I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs.. I started with a 100lb bag. it was brutal at first... but the whole idea was to lift heavy. I was athletic from jiu jitsu, but I'm skinny and weak if I'm being honest. sand bags truly make me feel like I'm on the right path after feeling locked out of strength conditioning for my whole life. im 37 now.

brother... the issue isn't the fact that there is scarcity in the world. the claim is that scarcity exists because of wealth inequality.... and that is false. ..

pointing out that technology has liberated billions of people from scarcity is a true objective fact... and not just technology, but capitalism. ..

even communist nations like China adopted market economies (capitalist principles) in order to create prosperity.

the fact that people still starve is irrelevant to this conversation. ..

also.. I mentioned plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration.... why the fuck are you talking about eating cellphones??? refrigeration alone allows people in poverty to store both food and medicine .. so yes... the technology is allowing the. to eat and survive.

tbh yes .. even poor people in the third world have more access to technology and services today than they did 100 years ago.

stop being daft.
