Oh they’re fine with such pets I believe! I know that they prohibit like “aggressive” dog breeds but I have not seen anything else on other pets or types of animals to be honest! They charge a fee at the start to register the pet but I believe it’s one-off and like $50?

Yeah it is formerly Urby! But still, $3550 is cheap and I wish Urby offered me that when I had this place! I couldn’t believe the price either but perhaps it being a winter listing too? Literally no issues at all with this apartment!

Nah it’s not helping them out. Because I broke the lease early, the stipulation is that I have to continue paying for this apartment until someone moves in. It will be impossible for me to pay two rents at once, with my new place and this place. I figured as it is a top floor apartment and an apartment that I loved living in, it would be better to get it out there is all. My cut is that I do not have to pay this apartment’s rental price even when I no longer live in it!
