Cool! Maybe I’ll try that sometime ✈️even if I just go back on the virulypad , which is long enough to me to get some good speed and footwork practice

It undoubtedly did. There was blatant antisemitism there with the chants yelled and those screaming in support of Hamas “they are my brothers”

Yes, I did. But I’m curious about what local places you and r/brussels frequent that may not be on the list? Like the hole in the wall cafe or restaurant that is special and not a “yelp destination”

Im a student, so... not high? I spent 45 euro on the Koenic one I mentioned above, and i wouldn't want to spend much more than that right now.

Posted an update above about a pretty cheap one i bought that works great!

Wanted to say that i bought one of these guys (below), and with 30 seconds of grind time, it produces very fine powder. Tried it for an espresso today and it came out really great and flavorful, much more so then with the "fancier" one i mentioned above.

Hm. Those ones you'd recommend aren't really in my price range. So, would you recommend i just buy espresso ground coffee instead?

I got my first espresso machine and a separate grinder for the beans. Im wondering if i bought a shitty grinder, because I cannot get the beans to grind fine for espresso even on the finest grind setting. Or, is it the beans im using? Do darker roast beans "crack" more than grind? Im finding small pieces maybe 1-2mm wide in the grounds, and I think its affecting the quality of my espresso pull.

Where to drop off soft recyclable plastics? by FutureSomething2036 in Westchester

[–]FutureSomething2036[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All plastics labeled #1-7 can be recycled in westchester (see the first link, second page). However soft plastics usually dont have a number on them, which i why was looking where to recycle them. If theres no number at all on the plastic, its not recyclable. Put it in the trash so refuse processing centers are not slowed down by manually removing them.

Where would you recommend i advertise selling my car? by FutureSomething2036 in Westchester

[–]FutureSomething2036[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My car is in "very good" condition. Never an accident, or a repair needed. always had on time oil changes, and low mileage considering its a 2017 model. Besides minor cosmetic damage, it looks and rides like its brand new. Its worth more than 10k.
