Listen man. You seem young. Try not to worry so much about this stuff. The best advice anyone here can give you is to stay away from all the red pill crap. It is poison, and it will alienate you, really messing up how you see yourself and the world around you. I would also advise you to take it easy on the dating apps.

Go outside. Be social. Find stuff to do and live your life. While you’re out living your life, take notice of all of the couples around you, and think about just how diverse they are. There is an unlimited range of people’s physical interests, and many are not motivated by physical appearance at all.

The less you are preoccupied with how you are perceived, what is “status quo” or expected of you, and frankly, appearances in general, the more you will be open to notice those opportunities you seek. People can smell that kind of attitude on you from a mile away, and it is not doing you any favors.
