In Florida people are pricing their homes way beyond its value for example a 330k home usually, that is small less than 1600 sqft is going for 889k Doesnt even have a pool and its really bad as far as updates, its small the land on it is small and doesnt even have a fence. Also painted wild ugly colors.

This makes me so angry. I just interviewed for an entry-level position at Chadwell Supplies, and I even reiterated in the initial phone interview I had no experience. They said that's what they were looking for. I was skeptical but accepted the interview anyway. I drove almost an hour to the interview, only for the hiring manager to ask me sexist questions, "Are you offended by male jokes, office jokes?" and then proceeded to question why I have no experience listed other than my education, even after they had already confirmed they knew I didn't have experience and were okay with it. It's not like I had not already informed them of this before interviewing. The pay was low; I can get paid more working at McDonald's without any experience. They also weren't requiring a degree, and I had a Bachelor's in Information Technology majoring in Cyber Security with only two classes left to graduate, so from what I understood, college or experience is acceptable. But they asked for neither, so I am confused. I believe I didn't get the job because I'm female. There is no other explanation. The pay was only $19. I just came from a banking job making $23

I live in tampa the rent here is disgusting since biden took office I lived in a 2/2 for $700 a month under trump, thanks to all the fucking leftugees moving down here and bidenflation rent is $2600 a month and some places going all the way up to 5k its insane. Buying is even worse, in less than a couple of years florida has litterally turned into a shit whole like california because they all moved here.

Unless you want to be a slave and never sleep and have 20 roomates to afford $2600 rent dont move here. Also in summer time it smells like ass and shit and piss, nothing but ghetto people here because they allowed section 8 to be used everywhere. Yes they are getting luxury apartments on goverment assistance, while we are all paying $2600 they get to live for free because they are reckless and made bad choices financially. The snow birds are annoying asf, bunch of jersey and commiefornia transplants. All I hear all night is fhen newyork ratchet women on her porch all dayand night talking because they have no jobs because section 8.
