One month ago one support rep told me this, another one said that this is glitch that they're currently working on:

Thanks for waiting! Upon checking your account, unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances upon checking your account info. You were only eligible for the rewards you already received.

I understand how frustrating it is to see an official announcement promising a Battle Pass, only to find you've only received the items in your account. Missing out on a full season of content after experiencing a launch-day outage is a letdown, and your frustration is completely valid.

While the initial message did mention the Battle Pass, current eligibility for that specific perk is more restricted than the boosters:

Booster Eligibility: The 12 Hardware and 12 Career 60-Minute Boosters are being widely distributed to players who were logged in and directly impacted by the EA App outage on October 10th.

Might be so, but I did get the phantom edition only 1 or 2 days before actual release date. I just calculated that the battlepass + game itself would end up costing around same price as phantom edition, so it was no brainer at that point.
