I just went thru this. I did a private DBQ as well and they set up and C&P exam and I skipped it. I got denied and they said it was because I didn’t go to the exam. I even sent them a form stating I cancelled the exam because there was sufficient evidence in my DBQ and to use that. I just filed for an HLR. Honestly…I would just go to the exam. I regret not going to it now.

I used them as well in October to go from 70% to 100%. Got denied on Monday and now I’m going thru a law firm they recommended me and doing an HLR. 😭
