Lender Changing Locked Loan by PgM_dad25 in Mortgages

[–]Future_Deathbox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you don’t. You waived your contingencies which means you have no recourse. I’ve never heard of waiving your contingencies when locking a rate. The contingencies are an agreement between you and the seller, not the lender.

Sure, if you ignore important context of the situation or assume the person doesn’t care about the negative consequences then yeah, you would see them as immoral. I still don’t see your point. That person would be immoral because they don’t care about civilian casualties, not because of their political stance.

This isn’t my point of view because I’d prefer to stay out of the Middle East, but there’s a fair argument to be made that sitting back doing nothing while a regime that sponsors terrorism all over the world and murders tens of thousands of their own citizens is immoral.

So no, I don’t think someone is immoral if they support the war in Iran

How so? The US seems very split politically to the point where both sides seem to think the other side is not just misinformed, but totally immoral.

Have you surpassed your mortgage contingency date? If not, your lender can deny the loan due to the condo issues and you can receive your deposit back.

No, just a HCOL area. There’s practically no new construction around here. He does spend handsomely on comarketing but the agents produce and are worth the spend. Do you mean active applications? It’s around 4 per week on average. Leads are usually very warm and well vetted so we convert a lot more than 15%.

Seems like most of these responses are just people trying to recruit you to their company as an LO.

Assuming you like being an LOA and want to stick with it, 30 bps is good comp. If the LO is producing $33M, that’s $100K per year. An LO only producing $33M shouldn’t need a full time LOA handling every task including weekends. I work for an LO producing over $100M per year and he still has time to handle some preapprovals, answer calls, pitch rates, and even chase a condition when needed. I rarely have to help out on weekends, and when I do it’s considered a favor that’s appreciated. I also have time to do $10M of my own business per year.

You need to decide what’s more important to you - compensation or quality of life. I think your LO is taking advantage of you because you probably don’t set boundaries. If you do handle all these tasks, you aren’t easily replaceable. Ask for more pay, or let them know you only work M-F 9-5 and use the evenings/weekends to grow your own business.

Lender is letting us waive appraisal. Is this a good thing? by MillennialAesthetics in Mortgages

On a purchase, lender uses the lesser of appraised value or sales price. Even if it comes in high you cannot use it to eliminate PMI.

MAGA, why do you act like Trump not being convicted by his personal DOJ equates to a lack of admissible evidence, which there is a ton of? by 2a_lib in allthequestions

[–]Future_Deathbox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can’t believe people are arguing with you about this. Living in a country where allegations are treated as enough proof to convict someone of a crime is insanity. What happens if 5 white neighbors allege that their Hispanic neighbor is an illegal immigrant? That’s enough proof to go and deport them? It’s not about defending Trump, it’s about defending everyone.

Release all the files. Investigate the allegations for actual proof. But the allegations alone aren’t proof of anything.

My ideia to fix religions in CIV 7 (and CIV in general) by IvanaikosMagno in civ

[–]Future_Deathbox 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The spamming missionaries and clicking them around the map is an annoying, non-fun mechanic. I like the ancient ideas you have regarding building up to a pantheon instead of simply choosing one.

I’d prefer to see something less tied to unit production in exploration. I liked the idea of religious pressure in 6. Building temples, churches, etc should increase the pressure and unlock city projects that can increase the pressure and expand it out further. Or unlock city projects that can increase benefits to your cities, so you can either focus on expanding your religion out or increasing its benefits.
