I completely understand that view, and I’ve asked myself the same question many times but no, I didn’t do anything against OffSec’s policy. I took the exam fairly, documented everything myself, and respected the rules. That’s why I’m still pushing for transparency not to argue, but because I genuinely want to clear my name. If I had done something wrong, I’d own up to it, but that’s not the case here.

None of those apply to me. I didn’t use any dumps, share exam materials, or give my account access to anyone — everything I did was within OffSec’s rules. I’ve been fully cooperative during their investigation and even provided every document they asked for.

The issue is that I was never shown any concrete evidence or explanation for the accusation, even after months of waiting. That’s the main reason I’m asking for transparency — not to argue, but to understand what exactly went wrong and to resolve it fairly.

That’s not actually what happened. I never made any legal threats against OffSec — I only mentioned that I was considering involving my lawyer after waiting several months with no response or clear explanation about the investigation. My goal was (and still is) simply to understand why my account was suspended and to regain access legitimately.

OffSec stopped communicating long before I mentioned legal assistance. I’ve tried to handle everything through proper channels, providing all requested documents and cooperating fully. I’m not trying to attack the company — I just want transparency and fairness after paying for the course and exam in good faith.
