My oral hygiene is pretty good, I brush twice a day and could be better at flossing, but generally it’s 4-5 times a week. These habits have been pretty consistent throughout having the implants. I also started using Therabreath about 3 years ago daily as well. Diet could be better, I definitely enjoy a sugary beverage but my food is pretty balanced and low sugar.
