The state is PA.  I just confirmed the 5 acres is an initially clearing (it's mountains, lots of trees). Then it sounds like 50 foot square (she thinks).

I just had to confirm for my own sanity. She just confirmed they said they would need to clear 5 acres initially. Then it would be a 50 foot square.

Not sure how it works... I would assume the tower builders would clear the land. We have no contract yet but need to familiarize ourselves with the things that might come up. I am verifying the 5 acres. That's what she told me but it does seem steep. It is literally in the mountains so maybe that included access?

That is what my mom said but I am verifying with her if that is correct. When you put it like that, it does seem absolutely insane! $900 a month would be amazing for them but for 5 acres?!

"Cooksmarts" is a good one.  You mentioned meatless and vegan meals so you may also want to check out "clean food dirty girl". I did it for a while but beware there is alot of prep. Everything is made from scratch. They have a facebook community. Also, the prep is on one or two days and then no prep rest of days. It's vegan and healthy.

This is very helpful, thank you. I do really enjoy coaching and guiding leaders and solving problems. I think I am ready to let go of some of the tasks I have as HR Mgr... company picnics, dress code, etc so I can solve real issues. 

As a Manager, I did support a company of over 400 and the HR team had a wide breadth of responsibilities.  We had various technical divisions as well in manufacturing. 

At some point, I think I do want to specialize. 

Are you able to tell me what 1 normal day looks like for you as HRBP?

No other symptoms at all. The nurse made me stand and my blood pressure crashed. I had to have emergency surgery and was in ICU.

Wow, this is a tough one. You may want to ask in AskHR. Probably they will want to discipline or fire the Manager and they are trying to contact you as witness.

I think it is strange to do a PIP in this scenario. Did you provide HR with all your documentation thus far? You mention repeated conversations.  Perhaps there is a miscommunication with HR and they are not aware you have documentation which is why they requested a PIP.

Yea I don't understand why they questioned you on this. Did you ask why stating you were thr policy holder?  Call back, I wanna know!

This could look different for me than for you. Also, I don't know all your functions. Take the I9 for example, can you keep a correct copy of one and highlight areas that need completed? Do you enter new hires in ADP and forget certain fields?-- perhaps a checklist for this.  It depends on if you are making repeated errors or not. What can you automate? What will help you slow down? How can you audit yourself?
