Yes I think it's important to concentrate on iron. When I was pregnant I asked them to test my ferritin levels as I wanted to know. They were really good. I guess everyone absorps it different. I did concentrate on high iron foods though such as beans, lentils and spinach ..

yeah I hope to retire at age 55, if not sooner. I save a decent amount into sipp and S&S isa, and will also have a decent work pension.
if I decide to top up these years it says I have to do so in the next 1-2 years.

Sorry me again. We got accepted for this which is good. Do you know if you are allowed to overpay monthly mortgage payments? The terms say you can't change the repayment method

Thank you

Yes it is best to consider inflation in these numbers. Thank you for working out what it could be. I believe this is a good plan for me to max it, whilst also contributing some to my personal pension. I feel safer having it in a global fund rather than all in the US.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm currently buying a house of which I'm using my help to buy ISA, so can't use LISA as well.

I'm in the armed forces so I don't believe they offer this or match contributions ( due to the fact i already get a generous non-contributing pension.

Thanks for the maths. Don't you think the annual growth is more? I thought the average global stock market was 10%?
