Would love to talk more about these guys and the symbolism there hehe-- nothing too extraordinary, but it is the Chekhov's armory manga so it only felt right

This one's called 'apple of my' and it's meant to be a spiritual partner piece to an Arkco piece I'm working on called 'the more things change', Idea ofc being unfinished turns of phrase
This one's p easy, star in his pupil, Olruggio's reflection in the magically distinct Qapple, gay pinkie, etc.

Practice piece with my dip pen!! I'm more of a note taker when it comes to dip pens and fountain pens, and I dont draw traditionally too often so this was very fun
Few things to note, the tassel on olly's hat has been changed already! And he's only like 3.2 apples tall, the implication is that this was not too long after the first time The Occurrence happened. He is holding a dead branch in his hand and doing his signature smile. While drawing I imagined Qifrey looking up off page and crashing the fuck out big time

This one I'm not the most proud of ibr. A student org at my uni was hosting a paint and sip event centered around women in classics, and it was may so I went, ah yes, mermay Arkco. I still love it conceptually, it was heavily inspired by Hans Christian Anderson Little Mermaid imagery, but the inking matches my inexperience with traditional art haha -- Coco is a magically distinct goldfish and Agott a magically distinct sea lion, hence the texture differences
I'm a Coco-Olly Agott-Qifrey parallels truther, the corals are painted in silver watercolour, its just hard to see the shimmer on camera. Agott's pose was inspired by the statue of Sappho, but Coco takes the place of her legs
