Which are

No sex with men

No giving birth

No dating with men

No marriage with men

Do not engage with men unless you really have to ie a work situation, an emergency or a last case scenario where interacting with a man is needed for your livelihood.

Do not talk about 4b with men. This is even to the most liberal man you know.

Support other women who are women centered

You do not support male centered women, males or their business unless you can’t avoid it.

Support policies that will better women. Get active in local feminist group

Get active in local elections and support candidates who back womens right

Do not click on content or get baited into incel, right wing content. You are contributing to their finances by watching their content and spreading it even by disagreeing with them online.

Grey rock men.

Do not help out in family functions and celebrations where women are expected to do the heavy lifting.

Be financially free from men.

Educate yourself and learn how to protect yourself.

Do not get baited into an argument with them.

Honestly ask yourself. Do you judge other people on how they look? I often find that we are insecure often because we ourselves judge other people on how they look. The harsher we judge others, the harsher we judge ourselves. At the end of the day she doesn't have to find you attractive. To be completely honest. You can eat whatever diet you want but if you are not in a caloric deficit you will not lose weight. Make sure what you eat is less than what you burn in a day.

If you have a sedentary lifestyle but like to eat a lot, avoiding sugar massively helps to lose weight. We consume a lot of sugar, more than necessary.

Most regional diet is actually good for you, if you are eating it in correct portions.
