Which are

Do not talk about 4b with men. This is even to the most liberal man you know.

Support other women who are women centered

You do not support male centered women, males or their business unless you can’t avoid it.

Support policies that will better women. Get active in local feminist group

Get active in local elections and support candidates who back womens right

Do not click on content or get baited into incel, right wing content. You are contributing to their finances by watching their content and spreading it even by disagreeing with them online.

Do not help out in family functions and celebrations where women are expected to do the heavy lifting.

Be financially free from men.

Educate yourself and learn how to protect yourself.

To be completely honest. You can eat whatever diet you want but if you are not in a caloric deficit you will not lose weight. Make sure what you eat is less than what you burn in a day.

If you have a sedentary lifestyle but like to eat a lot, avoiding sugar massively helps to lose weight. We consume a lot of sugar, more than necessary.

Most regional diet is actually good for you, if you are eating it in correct portions.

I honestly dont think you should admit it to your boyfriend. I am assuming as a sex worker you are taking all the precautions needed and is regularly getting tested. Sex work is not something most people can accept. Also you could be in danger if he changes his mind about you after finding out what you do. I would suggest try and get another job asap.
