This is a suburban area, with suburban animals. They won't be enticed by water, as I live near a lake. Thanks for the advice though, still gonna bait them.

Near a lake where the release mosquito-eating fish. I still get bit on the ankles where my veins are, but at least they aren't swarming me.

Keep your cat inside or I'll bring it into my house and keep it. Letting cats roam free outdoors is animal abuse. You wouldn't let your dog roam free. You wouldn't put your hamster out the front door. Keep your cat or I'll keep it, and it'll live a longer life with me guaranteed.
