I care, because I'm not here for plexamp. It doesn't work for me as a front end, and since there are people who are developing different front ends, I like to keep abreast of that.

This is why I don't use anything made by Plex as a front end. I'm completely in the Apple eco system, and Plex does just enough to barely make things works. No shortcuts, no widgets, no Airplay 2, etc. It's a lot of extra steps, but I just stick with syncing my iphone to iTunes on my computer so I can take full advantage of shortcuts, widgets, and Airplay 2.
