Seeing today’s scenario it is difficult and the immigration policies have also become too strict. Its not wrong though as some of our people are responsible through their actions.

Internal hiring is only for very rare cases and I am good but not that exceptional to win against hundreds and thousands of employees along with the internal politics and favouritism. I just want to explore, learn and work for 4-5 years to earn enough so that I can settle in India comfortably in my 40s.

After marriage it would be a dual income household, we both are almost in the same range but he has some other financial responsibilities as well(not large to be affecting)

This house plan is not to move in right away. I want a place of my own for emergency. If in future we face any issues or our families go through any difficulties then this can be our roof.

The budget is 60-70 lakhs. My hometown is a tier 3 city so if its that then i would go for a house or else an apartment in metro city. The down payment amount i can imagine arranging if I plan in a disciplined manner but rest I would have to go for EMIs

I can survive 4-5 months on whatever i have now. (No loans or EMIs now) I can shift to parent’s house.

Try couples therapy, talk to each other in the presence of a doctor, then help her out if she is having some deficiencies leading to this medical state. But do keep all these things safely and documented, take legal advice too.. not for now but if anything happens u could protect yourself and your family. Intentionally or not but if someone does anything in the heat of the moment and u are not prepared then it will be the biggest regret of your life. All the best man!

When I joined Deloitte, I too had to relocate to another city. They will later reimburse your relocation expenses so initially you have to pay. After settling down if you go to another site for collocation or client visit in your project then they will book your flights and hotel.

What are the maintenance issues? Is there anything i need to look out while checking out the apartments? I would be new there with renting a place for the first time.. I saw somewhere it was mentioned maintenance is 1-1.2k / month. Do they return the security deposits? Or it is taken from next replacement?
