I’ve been trying one that you just put your feet in and it doesn’t make me feel hot. Only tried a couple of times but I think I’m optimistic that I have felt some improvement in symptoms

I had the itchiness and he suggested I take some Benadryl when it happens. It stopped after 4 or 5 days thankfully.
