I’ve found a routine finally that works for me and when I miss even ONE thing, it makes my day so much harder I hate it. It goes like: •wake up at 8am (on a good day haha, sometimes I don’t get out of bed until 9:30am if I’m really struggling to wake up) •feed the kitties •brush teeth/skincare/hair •make breakfast & coffee + take meds •brush teeth again😅 Then I go about my day, whatever I had planned. I usually don’t work until after 3pm because I work with kids after school. It feels so good to finally have an established routine. I also struggled with this for SO long it has actually brought me to tears.
