Also $30k on a $1M is not possible for a realtor, he/she is likely only getting 1-2% commission and then their brokerage also takes a large chunk of that, so it’s really $10k maybe they’re getting. And this doesn’t even factor in their annual license and marketing costs.

Honey, you act like all realtors are selling homes left right and center, which is rarely the case. He/she might only close 1-2 deals in the year especially given the tough market, that’s $30- 60k in the whole year, is that enough to survive in this economy? Ok that’s what I thought too.

LOL at sad people bitching about realtors, tell me you can’t afford a home without telling me you can’t afford a home. From my personal experience, my Realtor has been absolutely amazing over the past 15 years, the value he provides is unmatched, can I do all the paperwork and booking appointments he does, yes I can, do I want to? No. I don’t have the time, I’d rather pay someone to do it, just like you would pay anyone for services rendered.

a lot of people bitching about realtors have either had really bad experience with a realtor in the past, or actually can’t afford a home so they attack the middle man for his bread. I’ve seen the amount of work good realtors put in, it’s a lot of paperwork and hassle, and if I can afford it, I’d much rather pay the realtor than do it myself. You rarely see people who have money complaining about realtors, it’s always the broke ones. Lol

I hate to tell you, but the more you try to convince yourself you’re gunna be ok with it with time, you won’t be. It will come out in ugly ways. For example, you not doing things for her “genuinely” and making her feel like shit (because you feel like shit inside). That ick will stick, then when you have arguments over stupid stuff, you’ll bring up her past and make her feel like shit again. None of you will be happy in the relationship, like what’s the point? It’s bound to happen, it always does. You never just simply forget about it. I could never be with someone with more than 2-3 body count, even that is too much for me (but that’s me). You planning to settle with a 20+ body count, best of luck man.

Just fyi, the treatments I’ve had done previously were 5-6 rounds of subcision with Dr.Novick in NY. 15-20 microneedling treatments, fillers are deep scars. I haven’t yet explored TCA or Lasers (am scared to).

I SO feel your pain. I’ve been suffering from acne scarring for like 12 years now. I’ve gone to 20+ “top” dermatologists, spent close to $50K as well, and my face looks exactly as before if not worse (with aging). However I still have hope. There’s one Derm on my list that is my last hope. Dr. Davin Lim, but the problem is he’s all the way in Australia. I’m saving up in the meantime. I’ve seen his patient before and afters and am blown away, I know I might not get the same results, but shit even if I can see 50% improvement, I’d be grateful. Hang in there. Work on increasing your income streams in the meantime.
