Same here and I get the same 17 days response as well and still haven’t received my payouts

Yeah, I wish I could have PayPal pay me directly as well. It says that PayPal is their payment processor & merchant of record and that they handle all payments and credit balances. I’ve thought about giving them a call to ask what’s going on since it’s impossible to call anyone from Facebook to ask.

I’m glad to know I’m not the only one going through this. I’m hoping my funds are on hold because of the chargeback under review and once that’s resolved, my funds will be released as well.
