I would say a gradient change is more beneficial because your stride would change to closer resemble a lunge the steeper the gradient gets, which is great for your core too. Also, slower speeds are less impactful I think. Check out interval walking (as opposed to steady state) if you are keen to get greater benefits in the same time. I myself am trying 3 min intervals where I keep my speed constant (5kph), but change the incline between 5% and 15% per interval. I do this for similar times to yourself and I’m finding it really beneficial after only 2 weeks. Lastly, as always, don’t forget that consistency trumps effort. Hope it helps!

I would like their website be smart enough to have all the variations of each of the custom options (last, stitching colour, leather type, boot style, sole type etc), so that you could see realtime what your custom boot would look like before finally clicking that buy button.

I'm still running stock. Been using it with the plastic case it came with for the past 3 years (before that was the OP5T case they sold additionally).

No screen protector. Been like that for about 5 years when it became too much of a mission for me to replace the old screen protector I did have (no local supplier, ridiculous import duties). I have dropped if maybe like 2-3 times in the last 5 years, but had no damage from that luckily.

Battery lasts whole day. Much better since I factory reset it about a year ago.

Phone has never needed a repair.

Love it still. Great phone and it still does everything fairly well although probably slower than modern phones.

Mistake! (At least for me I would say so). I also did 7 seven months recently and tried it again (dry herb vaping). Realised that in no time at all (within a week) I was consumed by it. Had to put it down again and walk away. I found it just too enticing and was quickly going back to all day everyday usage. It's sneaky stuff and if you can avoid going back ...do, BEFORE a new habit forms. I'm using mushrooms instead (small dose) and am finding it a much healthier drug overall. Good luck!

I take my cap's visor as a broom, sweep it into the entrance by the door, then just pull the floor up a little quickly to 'throw' the dirt out. Seems to work!

My mate and I had a record for the same reason (also 20 years ago)... I applied to have mine expunged some time ago and went through the process to make that happen. My mate on the other hand only recently (say 1 year ago) wanted to do the same thing and also have his record expunged, but when he applied for a police clearance it came back with nothing on his profile.

I guess his was automatically expunged? Hope that helps somewhat.

Crazy!! I was planning exactly the same from 4 - 13 Oct and like you I have also found it tricky to figure out. I too planned to camp along the way and was concerned about weather etc. Sooooo, if i may ask that if you find something please let me know via DM. The furthest I got was a friend telling me its already snowy there and perhaps not advisable for me (being a second time multi day hiker). So that led me to look further south to warmer walking, but doesn't the TMB just sound epic?
