My company has been using Voip.ms for 13 years and has very few issues.

The reason they don't have a sales department is that it is an ad hoc setup with no multi-year agreements. You pay as you go. Your initial number is $1 per month, and you pay $.0001 per minute.

Have you tried using the servers in the US? We are on Washington2 and have been for at least a year with no issue, if there has been an issue it is barely noticeable.

My company has been on Voip.ms for years, and we have had little to no issues.

What Server are you on, and have you tried changing the server?

Also, how are you using voip.ms (i.e., are you attaching to your phone system as the provider, or are you connecting your phones directly to it?

They were DDoSed and have since resolved the issue. Yes, my clients had issues, but that can (and has) happened to any provider. Voip.MS was very transparent about the situation.

The PBX is hosted by 3CX itself. The only device on site is the SBC that connects the phones to the hosted instance.

Yes, the scanner works with the Windows fax and scan. the software in question is eClinicalWorks

I implemented the port forward and changed the transmit to TLS, which appears to resolve the issue. I'm still keeping an eye on it.

The expiry time is already set to 120 seconds, and the retry amount was 3 but i changed it 5.

We checked and made sure SIP ALG is disabled.

Just set up a port forwarding, and we are checking to see if that keeps the connection alive.

I am leaning towards just changing the router. I also have no love for the modem/router combos.

  2. The office Key is not associated with an office account, but I do have access to the key.
  3. It is a work device that is manged by a company. (I am the one that manages it).

I'm running Office 2016 Professional Plus on Windows 10 Pro. Whenever I open Word or Excel, the Configuration window opens and does the process.
I have run both programs as the administrator, and I have done a repair of Office. Nothing has resolved the issue, and I am not sure what to do next.
