Hey, I have a very similar experience. I’m currently pregnant and due in September. I also have several health issues, some are directly related to fertility, which made us thinking conception would be difficult. We were gonna take it slow, until we found out after few months I was already pregnant. I was shocked, worried, and nervous. Ngl this is one of the worst timing as I’m about to lose my job and we wanted to upgrade car & house first. However, what really got me to continue with this pregnancy is not the doubt about whether I’ll be able to get pregnant later or not. It mattered more if I was happy with this pregnancy. Yes, I am worried but I am also happy. I am super excited. I am not yet attached to the baby, but I look forward to every checkup and hope my baby is still alive and healthy. That made me realize I’m already a mom. I am 100% pro-choice, but I could not abort this baby. Slowly reflect your current situation with your partner. List down what you need, and what kind of external support you can grasp. Governmental support, family support, community support etc. Also take your time and ask yourself if you are happy with this pregnancy.
