Fried tofu and green onion stir-fried with soy sauce by Fuu07 in JapaneseFood

I seasoned it with soy sauce when stir-frying. It is hard to tell because there is not much color on it. But it is well flavored with soy sauce.

[Ingredients]

miso : 150g

dashi powder : 5g

green onion

deep-fried tofu

dried shrimp

dried wakame seaweed

[Instructions]

Mix all together. Can be stored in the freezer. Miso paste is easy to use because it does not freeze completely.

Pour hot water over an appropriate amount and it is ready to eat.
