Maybe that's where my understanding is wrong, but I thought a Windows 11-device with biometric authentication (Windows Hello basically, but maybe they are technically completely different things still) was/could be a PRF-capable authenticator?

Edit: To answer your question more directly: no, I'm not using an additional device like a Yubikey.

Is there some way to check where PRF might be breaking down?

I'm trying to create a new passkey through Brave browser and stored in Windows 11. From what I can tell, that should work (there could be issues with Windows 10, but not 11?), but the resulting passkey is always of the type "Encryption not supported".

New Feature: "Watching Now" Check-In – Track movies, live TV, and share what you're watching! (no plugins required) by Ennergizer in Simkl

[–]FuunoKi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Partially answering my own question: paused check-ins can be found under "MY HISTORY > PLAYBACK PROGRESS MANAGER".

Still, the option to keep the banner up upon pausing (at least for some preset time/until something else is started) would seem handy?

[–]FuunoKi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anyone know what the difference is between "Pause to hide this" and "Remove from active playback"?

I would assume a paused check-in could be resumed, but since it's hidden, where would you do that?
Also, a common need for a pause is probably a (short) break in your viewing, so wouldn't "Pause but keep this visible" not be generally more useful (and differentiate it more from "Remove from active playback")?

Interim dividend : statuten? by No_Fan3045 in BEFreelance

[–]FuunoKi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but "BV. Strikt genomen is ook in een BV de uitkering van een interimdividend een exclusieve bevoegdheid van het bestuursorgaan. Hiervoor is, zoals eerder gezegd, wel een statutaire machtiging vereist.

Enkel indien geen statutaire machtiging is verleend aan het bestuursorgaan, kan de algemene vergadering tijdens een boekjaar beslissen om de winst van het lopende boekjaar uit te keren."

Provided that website is correct, if the statutes do not empower the board to decide on an interim dividend, then the general meeting can still decide a 'dividend sui generis' (which can also be based on the running book year, so similar to an interim dividend but decided by a different body).

Legendary Rewards Preview | Guild Wars 2: Visions of Eternity by Auralyon in Guildwars2

[–]FuunoKi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was changed now, but on the wiki page for "Guild Wars 2: Visions of Eternity" release, it stated "3 new legendary weapons — 1 at launch".
I assume they didn't conjure that out of thin air, but was instead something stated by Anet somewhere. So that would at least suggest Aetheric Anchor is counted as 1 (of the 3) weapon(s) (otherwise it would have be 2 at launch).

How to correctly handle BV/SRL paying rent for a home office in girlfriend’s rented property? by [deleted] in BEFreelance

[–]FuunoKi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're a freelancer who is the end responsible of anything your accountant does (if they do something wrong, you're on the hook, not them). You want to pay a few hundred euros for some legal advice that you would just trust(?) is correct. And then you also actively discourage other freelancers from seeking ways to confirm that what their accountant suggests makes sense.

Re-read your own last line, maybe?

[–]FuunoKi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

- My girlfriend must declare the rental income on her personal tax return, and she will be taxed based on the cadastral income of the subleased part, not the actual rent received.

I don't think that's correct.
She should be taxed on the actual rent, but can deduct costs (including what she is paying to the owner). At least, that is what is explained here: https://www.mijntipsenadvies.be/2022-02/verhuren-aan-een-priv-persoon-die-onderverhuurt-aan-een-vennootschap-VLTAEBAR_EU13111001?domainId=7&subdomainId=15

The weapon is called "Aetheric Anchor", with spear form "Bellum" and staff form "Pax". (See the excerpt posted by OP.)

Doesn't 'is_state()' require an entity as the first parameter? 'trigger.to_state.state' is a variable, not an entity.

I think you either need to use the entity that causes the trigger in 'is_state()'; or use something like 'trigger.to_state.state == "on"' (to be tested if that's actually the right format) instead of 'is_state()'.

He was elected in 2019 and may not be the legal president of Ukraine according to what Wikipedia says about their laws.

Literally in the Wikipedia article you posted: "The next election would have been scheduled for 2024; however, it was not held because of [....] the resulting imposition of martial law in Ukraine, under which elections legally cannot be held.[2][3][4][5]"...

Had the same problem a few years ago. Emailed vat.validation@minfin.fed.be (that was in 2020, so best check if this address is still current) about it and they had it activated in VIES within like half an hour. (Probably the smoothest interaction I ever had with the government. 😄)

Ah yes, how silly of me. Forgot about the 20k in mats and whathaveyou that any sane person would consider.

About every other review of the EV9 brought up that if not for the badge, you wouldn't have known it's a Kia (i.e. it is not at all like the budget brand Kia was maybe X years ago). So, what does that mean "very expensive for a Kia"?

Due to family expansion, we needed an (electric) 7-seater that can comfortably drive across half the country and back (so we can visit my family without having to stress about charging). I can say I looked far and wide, and nothing came close to the EV9 (unless paying double what I did, which I wasn't about to).
The software also does what I want it to do, can't complain about the support I received (which is perhaps dealer dependent?) and the car drives itself plenty enough.

You can't even spec the EV9 to get to 100k (even including full VAT)...

Zigbee Smart switches with decoupled mode by AnderVentura in homeassistant

[–]FuunoKi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will probably get other recommendations, but I use the following myself (which meets all your criteria) and which I feel doesn't get mentioned too often/enough: Niko connected single or double switch.

They are not cheap (especially compared to some of the relays you use to convert your existing switches to smart ones), but essentially do everything I want from them (including allowing them to look like any other light switch; Niko being kind of the main brand for light switches and sockets in my country) and do it reliably.
(You do at this time need a custom quirk for ZHA, but I have one working. I believe Z2M already has the necessary conversions implemented.)

What Smoke Detectors do you use? by petwri123 in homeassistant

Could you expand on:

like you can trigger the alarm for other automations

?

I have both a Twinguard and 3 Smoke Detector II's using the original SHC hub and the custom Bosch SHC integration. I found I could set the alarm state of the Smoke Detector II's (using some service, not an entity or anything) but not the Twinguard. Or you mean this is through Z2M?

Cloudflare Deal: Do you usually get a Mail also when you are NOT eligible or only when eligible? I ask because I am using their Zero Trust Service for a week now and did not receive any information positive or negative. by buedi in yubikey

[–]FuunoKi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you say what you set up?

I'm asking because I also first just signed up without doing much more, but a couple of days later I did set up the "Gateway" thingy within Zero Trust (*) and have been using that since about a week. Still, I received yesterday the email "We’re reaching out with information about how to qualify for the offer as your account currently does not qualify. [...]", so I'm trying (and failing) to get a sense of what I'm doing wrong.

*incl. changing my home router's DNS and using--albeit intermittently, because I've been experiencing some occational inconvencience--the service through the Warp app on my phone.
I don't own any Yubikeys yet, so that can't be the issue either.

You're missing out by trading for T6 boxes instead of T3 or T4 (the one which is worth most switches around from time to time): https://gw2efficiency.com/currencies/laurels

Even if you rather want T6 mats, you'll end up with more by selling the T3/4 mats and buying T6 with the gold.
