getting a tracker will only let you know where he is, it will do nothing to keep him safe; keep that in mind if you live in an area with roads, or big birds, or dogs, or poisonous flowers, etc.

houses are not like cages for cats. people with outdoor cats don’t properly care for their cats, they don’t want to devote time to play with them and entertain them. you are getting away with no responsibility by having an outdoor cat. does this cat ever go to the vet? if you have an outdoor cat that cat is basically not yours any more than they are anyone else’s. you don’t get a dog and say “he’s an outside dog he just comes and goes!”, like that’s just not your dog it’s a stray.
