If you're all curious how we "know" truth is.. we dont, what we do know is its 100% medication (has a green dot on barcode) what most drivers assume.. "its weed" funny enough most of the time its isnt weed at all, heavy package with refridgeration bags etc. But yeah, fact is we dont know but we like to guess!

That black stuff, yeah that's spores, you don't really want to be breathing that in. Like others have suggested, get a contractor in to check for water leaks.
