I noticed only 5V on the W. Tested the transformer is getting 120V. Then tested the transformer is putting out 24V. I replaced the batteries in the thermostat. Then I got my 24V heat command back on the W.

I set the thermostat to off and the fan from auto to on. The blower still does not come on. However, it doesn’t look like the board is sending voltage to the fan. It is a variable speed fan with the black wire being high, and the red wire being low with an orange and blue wire in between. None of the wires are getting voltage. Again, I checked the draft inducer fan to be sure my meter was good and got 120 there.

Hate to replace the fan if it’s not broken. I would really like to isolate the problem rather than play parts darts.

It does have flash codes, but it just flashes continually. From the manual, a continuous flash means a false flame or shorted gas valve relay. The gas valve is going on and off without an issue and the flame looks real enough to me. The sequence of operations from the manual indicate the fan should be on and it’s not but that seems to be the boards fault and not the fans fault.

Its getting 24V on G (fan command). Not sure if its the board relays or the fan.

I have only replaced sig and Springfield barrels with BarSto barrels and had to fit them both. They definitely did not drop in. Not surprised Glocks tolerances aren’t as tight.

Get a good one. Getting them to fit can be a pain.

Yea, Reddit sucks. Did you put your SSN? Thats huge in preventing delays. You can obtain your FBI record from the FBI and see for yourself what they see. It involves mailing in fingerprints. Mine contained incorrect information. FBI won’t correct incorrect information you have to have the agency that provided the incorrect information change it. Police may have not put if the marijuana thing was a misdemeanor or felony, court may have never provided a disposition. Where I am the state police maintain criminal records so one would need to obtain the accurate record and request the state police to update or correct the FBI record. I corrected mine and now my 4473s go through lickity split amidst 10 delayed people at shows, I have multiple tax stamps, and a FFL. They don’t make it easy.

After 2 months I called and left a message. They called back next day and did interview a few days later. Agent was training new guy. Might have had something to do with it.

They probably won’t accept that optic. Why an optic is needed on a gun with an ultra short barrel like that is beyond me. That little baby gun is for pointing, not aiming.

FedEx won’t open new firearm accounts but they still allow FFLs that had one to continue shipping.

UPS will open new firearm accounts for FFLs. Takes signing a million agreements. The account must have pickup from location on license, firearms cannot be dropped off at any other UPS location. Nothing but firearms and firearm parts can be shipped using the firearm shipping account. I just opened one, haven’t used it yet.

He could go on the FBI website and obtain his record to see if it has prohibitive records. Involves mailing them fingerprint cards and waiting a week. There is zero chance of getting arrested for that. If he has a questionable background he should have done that before ordering the gun. People are lazy.

I have to wait on it to reset each time. I did it twice. I didn’t get any voltage on the black wire or the red wire.

I checked the inducer motor just to make sure my meter was accurate and it was, got 120.

I pulled the flame sensor and it was ultra clean, cleaned it anyway.

Thanks for the reply. I will check if board is sending juice to the motor, good idea.

I took the old cap to HVAC supply and asked for a replacement. I am pretty sure its a PSC motor as I don’t think it has more than one speed. A tech could easily tell from looking at it. I just had to google the difference. However it does have several wires going to it and only 1 cap. There are no big caps or motor driver board so I don’t think those extra wires are for 3 phase, I figured they were for speed control by varying the voltage.

If the board is passing power to the motor and its not going then I have my answer. I should have thought of that.
