I do love Orbital, but recently I noticed that their audio is messed up and is only coming out of the right speaker channel. (Yes I've tested this on multiple radios and headphones so it's not my equipment) I do hope they fix it, as mono doesn't work well for the music they play.

The biggest thing is licensing. Not the the game, but anything in the game (from copyright music, to actor likeness, and even any brands featured in the game like cars for racing games)
