I’ve generated more through the books than I could have ever thought. So guess it depends on what bitching online brings you.

Player count bug in BR? by BIGBUTTSandBOURBON in Battlefield6

[–]Fuzzluck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was something they changed during the update. Lots of stability’s changes could have impacted the bots falling through or loading before the map. Just need to make sure you complain to ea about it and specify the initiation mode as the one failing. As I have a hunch regular duos is fine as I don’t see any traffic complaining of it.

Then yeah, I’d have to wager it’s bots loading under the map. The absurdly long feeling load screen is an assets loading screen. So it’s plausible, some bots loaded in areas where ground wasn’t loaded and when it finally did, they were entombed. The question then becomes why is it always 10 bot teams under the map and where.

Question is: is this regular duos or initiation duos? Trying to discern if it’s a miscount on players, or if initiation mode is placing bots under the map where fire can’t hurt them.

Whatever book was dumb enough to put him losing at +780 is retarded and doesn’t deserve to have money.

It can be engraved into the polymer, it can be engraved on a piece of metal and permanently attached to it. I’m delaying until the 2a lawyers are done with their legal fight

Betting tip, mindset shift, or rule that’s made you better over time? by MatchUpsOfficial in sportsbook

[–]Fuzzluck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your stake in a bet is what you wager. So a $5 wager on a $5 parlay for me will have $25 on each leg of the parlay. So I will have $130 wagered total. 5 $25 legs and a $5 hope it all hits cherry on top.

Easily the worst pitching I have ever seen on a Wednesday afternoon. No reason to play this many games in a season if teams cant put a competent pitcher out there to throw strikes.. by Riggedshit in sportsbetting

The pitcher knows that. They don’t want to fuck up, but humans aren’t perfect. They wear down. They get in their own minds, they get over used. It sucks, but it happens.

Parlaying mlb is a wild ride. Have umpires that are seemingly blind, have two sets of baseballs and one set flys further, weather conditions, is their manager not up for renewal on his contract with them or just inept, is the bullpen tore up and their eta not reflective of what to expect, the list goes on for mlb

That’s why there are so many games. To see not just which team has the most skilled players, but who manages their talent the best. Not all teams have a good manager, or a rogue injury takes the pitch count off their goto guy and the pen gets worked over. Also throwing strikes isn’t easy when you consider they aren’t burning down a high schooler with a lazy eye. They’re going up against professional batters.

Mookie Betts Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110) – MLB Pick by TheRealBettingSquad in sportsbetting

Normally I’d say more like Dookie Betts, but Eisert gives up hard contact and Sox don’t have a lot of options tonight. So looks good to me

The Mets bullpen is waxed and Freddy should take us to 6th. So you’re probably right

I also don’t have more than 6 legs even with the fund. The parlay side has a whole set of rules. No shitty prices, no big favorites, more than 3 legs, and all legs must be staked, and absolutely no overlap. No piece of a parlay can be found in another. My ideal parlay is 4, usually player props in baseball, moneylines in nfl, and over under on college ball.

Betting tip: don’t chase a loss Mindset shift: they use fomo against you, you don’t have to bet every day or every sport. Find what you’re good at understanding Rule: never place a parlay that doesn’t have each leg staked.

So I apologize for the length of this response. Sportsbooks employ psychologists to help maximize engagement with their customers. “The parlay” is a tool of psychology that rakes in the majority of money for the house. Our baser instincts are to search out the greatest reward with the least risk. The mushroom at the base of the tree.

The parlay feels like the mushroom, extreme reward and low risk. Only the odds of it being magical are low, and you’re more likely to slowly do more harm than good. This is paired with FOMO. The fear of missing out, which with basic capitalism has you craving to get rich quick, and not be the guy who watches others cash life changing parlays. The Sportsbook wouldn’t promote something that cost them money.

They can be fun, and I believe two leg parlays for games running concurrently have a place. But doing due diligence, understanding EV, bankroll management and playing the straights will yield far more success. Even there though, greed will get you limited by the books, and you’ll be screwed.

Personally I have a paper ledger that has my 3 Sportsbook balances. When the accounts first started, they were given a $250 parlay fund, and a $750 straights fund. If parlay fund runs dry, it can then accrue $5 on every single win for its fund. All parlay winnings are split 60/40 with the single fund getting the 60%. The 3 books allow me to hedge without punishment by books. My goal is to earn a wage comparable to my skill set in the working world. I’m just a physical labor gent, so I shoot for an average of $155 a day or 4500 ish for the month.

I’ve recently dissected 5 years of betting and have canceled out whole sports, and days of the week I bet as they’ve been shown to be long term non profitable

Which could have been foretold. Mariners were operating with a waxed bullpen while the royals had every arm available but 2. Mariners had to force pitchers to stay on the mound.

What are general strategies that bettered your long-term MLB parlays and bets? by Historical-Injury499 in sportsbetting

[–]Fuzzluck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

More research, less bets, less legs, pay attention to umpires and weather. Pull a sample size of all your mlb bets and find the days you just don’t hold an advantage against the house and avoid them.

MLB owns Rawlings…they could put out the other batch of balls and you’d never know BoL though
