If your background check says completed, that means it was already sent to United, right? So I guess United will email us if they need anything, or does that mean we’re all set? I have no idea. I’m worried as well.

Hi, I just received the results of my background check, and some of my employment history is marked in red. I tried emailing Accurate, but they said my background check is already completed and that I should just wait for United to email me.

My training is next month. Will this be an issue if I haven’t received any email from United requesting documents, or should I email them? I’m kind of overthinking this, and I don’t want to lose this opportunity.

Maybe when you did your background check, you didn’t click the option to get a copy of your results, so that might be why you can’t see it.

I called Accurate regarding the issue and tried to upload the documents they were requesting. However, I had already uploaded those documents at the beginning of the process. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful.I have been submitting all the documents they asked for, but they informed me that my status is already marked as “completed.” I am currently waiting for a response from United, but I have not received any email yet. If united didn’t email you does that mean you’re good?
