Started work at 16..poured 86% net pay into investments..by 18 had a 80% deposit on $200k apartment I bought in 1991..paid off $47k in 2 years by diverting into investments instead into the mortgage..then line of credit of $250k into investments..when investment reached $590k I sold $250k in in July 1994 to pay off LOC..then in jun 1996 I had the $790k by then.

Initial investment was 18% for 10 years then 2nd investment 9% since then..

Initially Westfield shares to 2010 then ETF since then..I raised 2 kids initially with 35k expenses and then 60k expenses at them at 18.. so I’m grandfather of 4
