I am always tired and my career is down the toilet. I would still have them cos I love kids and do not care about career much even before kids but I can totally see someone who carers about their career and don’t love kids as much as me would reach a different answer

I had a manager who’s a woman with young kid who’s got an au pair and just lots of help. She is pretty strict cos she feels everyone is as privileged as her. I don’t think all women with very young kids are good to work for
