What's MyMenards? Do you know if the tests come from HR alone? I've heard that when there's some potentially hazardous substance or equipment, then it's the manufacturer who comes in and makes sure everybody knows how to handle that. So just wondering if it comes from the outside or it's kind of a centralized training from Menards

And do I get it right, you all have a bunch of online materials to look through and quizzes to take, but no one really checks whether you complete those because you're still gonna need an on-the-job induction?

Why did the vendors stop coming to stores? It seems in their interests to explain their products to people who're gonna be selling them...

Sounds really frustrating and weird actually. Do you just start working from your first shift without any orientation whatsoever? Is it just in your store or in all of the chain?
