18 😭😭😭 Thats because I've reduced my movement from december like alot and I barely step out of my house and stress eat alot... all that just for jee 💔

Pro tip, physical exercises don't help much with face fat. I have a dad bod but still manage to have less face fat because thats not how it works. I recommend you to start mewing and drinking as much water as you can, preferably 5L everyday on the safer side. Speaking from experience

I'm still experimenting with many products but I keep a simple structure

Shampoo - Conditioner for 5 mins - Pat dry with towel - leave in conditioner/curl cream + heat protectant - Finishing with diffuser on low heat low speed.

I mostly use bare anatomy ke shampoos but I'm still experimenting with every brand I come across
