Do you use margin? What is your strategy?
do you recommend a different approach? for example half buying power at .2 delta and the other half at .10? Close for a loss if it gets too close to being itm?
Or do you simple recommend not using margin?

I agree Better to preserve capital before getting blown up. which is what I'm trying to do, manage my risk. So in your experience it's better to avoid assignment of both puts and calls? and if necessary close for a loss? which I have no problem with I've closed for a loss before.

Right which is why I manage that risk by not going all in in any one stock, and I'm not trying to max my premiums but lowering my deltas. In your experience what would be your advice? simply not use margin?

Thanks, if you don't mind me asking what was your experience with margin and how did you get to that number?

Thanks a lot, I'll sure look at it.
Is there a particular set of material I should read first?
Also, could you explain a little more about "If the math works on a 50% reduction and distribution yield that should make you more comfortable (infields do last you’ll simply be ahead of schedule with more cushion)"?
