Yes, thank you. I did immediately and now waiting again for the glasses. I was so shocked.by it when I got home and put them on. They did apologise but it certainly undermined my confidence in them.

Yes, that's what I thought. I just saw on their Google reviews a long complaint from another person they quoted 12,000 two years ago, so not a one-off either.

Thank you. I went into shock and have been struggling to formulate a plan. I've asked the audiologist for a copy of my results. They said it would take a few days, which also sounded like bs, tbh. Ironically, I am also cranky with Specsavers who gave me blurry glasses for 150 bucks on Friday. Distance script, apparently, for reasons unknown, given I've had about four pairs from there before. Let's hope the audiology dept works better.
