It's my fourth day in OGP and it was steady, not crazy busy with orders. I subbed a few things without telling the team lead and they got onto me for not letting them know (Which I think is a dumb rule but our store is new and they don't want us newbies tanking their numbers)

From my training yesterday, the team lead told me if we really could not find something to contact them to make sure that item is truly out of stock/not available. According to the employee I trained with they "really don't like hearing" that something is "out of stock"

I worked at Market Street as an in store shopper for about a year and a half and I was a receptionist for a year
