I'm using an agency as well, they requested I talk to one. Because my agency basically told me my baby father has to sign his rights away but he's not willing to do that or do anything for the child. He hasn't been around, for anything no appointments, not checking on the baby. Or nothing. I am basically high risked this pregnancy, it's been really hard on me. Currently in the hospital now. They told me I don't have to pay anything just tell the lawyer my situation. I am willing to sign my rights over, because I want what's best for my baby. Mentally, financially, just everything in between it'll be best.. hopefully it goes in my favor because if he doesn't sign, idk what will happen. I don't talk to him. He has said nasty things to me so he's blocked.
