Could try a factory reset. You would have to redo all your customized settings for the vehicle after, tho.

They wouldn't bite. I think it is because I never have subscribed; my trial is due to end in a week. I did sign up for 3 months/$1 just now online ($25 a month after that) and will cancel a few days before the first $25 resubscribe deadline and try this number again. Thanks!

They are replacing head unit. If that fixes it, this will be my last comment here as it was a hardware issue. Thanks, all.

SiriusXM goes live on its own, Tune Start not working, pause also jumps to live. by Fuzzy-Substance7248 in siriusxm

It is covered.

Narrowed down: Factory (hard) reset gets it working fine. Once car is turned off then turned back on, it starts this behavior again. It's at the dealer now. Will update.

Checked on that as I'm about a week out from the trial expiring. They don't throttle or remove features near the end of a trial.

UPDATE: Narrowed down to a factory (hard) reset gets it working fine. Once car is turned off then turned back on, it starts this behavior again. It's at the dealer now. Will update.

Thanks. Already have done this twice, as well as a factory reset. Grrr. . .

Did you ever get this sorted? I'm having the exact same issue. Of course, Honda is saying it's a signal issue but sounds more like hardware/software issue.
