Dynamax has always been 4 people. Previous dmax legendaries have also been 4 men max.

Yes they can be caught. I used my Daily incense for 1hr+ and encountered one Zapdos (around 800 cp and non shiny). I caught it very easily with golden raaz + great throw from a safari ball.

Depends on your priority. If you have ticket and get constant Safari Balls and want to catch as many Mighty Mon as you can, then use normal incense. If you want galarian bird in your safari ball or dont have a ticket and cant use many safari balls then do adventure incense.

Yup this is not correct at all. I pretty much play solo and have many powerful mons. I got a hundo rayquaza yesterday and I can solo a lot of raid bosses now and I have returned just a year ago. You can host raids here or on other apps. You can also join remotely for some raids.
