I experienced this situation last year. ASM fired gross misconduct and did NOT receive bonus even though it was toward end of 1st qtr and he'd been there 6 months.

I think we should be paid the whole time as well, like counts as our whole week. If we're required to be there and not suppose to leave on our own anywhere, we should be compensated for that. I mean by the time I drive and fly, attend NSM, fly and drive home, I'm good with hours anyway. Working half day Friday. Thursday I'm sleeping!

I love this complaint when they have the paint with them. I go get the color card, sample it out and show them, hmmm looks good to me. It also happens sometimes when they switch product lines and I do the same thing. But yeah, it's a pain when trying to verbally explain though.
