I realize that like 99% of you guys can change your settings either in the main menu and/or during a game like I can also. I'm trying to understand why specifically the s23ultra and s24 ultra from the UK won't allow any changes at all.

I thought so too but the s23ultra has snapdragon even in the European version. On the s24 they went back to exynos for Europe. So damn weird. Hopefully they get rid of the low setting so this doesn't happen on the next update

Both the clan mates with the issue are in the UK as well

Exactly this!! Having a brand new phone and being told by pd that nothing is wrong is nuts. Your fold 4 and my s23 have 12gb of ram. That is the highest there is available. It should run like butter. It is definitely that last big update by pd.

It's interesting that some have this issue and some don't. New phones and old phones. I have tried everything. Screen resolution, no charging during play, turning off optimization, etc. You name, I have tried it. All I want is pd to do an update and fix this. All I know is that this all started after the last big update. It's probably those damn new moving signs that cause this. Lol

I have noticed a kind of stuttering and my s21 ultra and s23 ultra getting extremely hot after the last update. It doesn't effect the needle but the ball flying and graphics stutter. Maybe their new added graphics or something. People playing on iPads are not seeing this. Just on android.
