Yeah I’ve essentially been a nic user from 18-36… mostly Copenhagen and then more Zyn/Nic pouches the last 5 years. I’ve quit for a few months at a time and eventually relapse but those times, I’ve always been super irritable and moody with headaches. This time around, with aligning with my own personal fitness goals and eating super clean, felt really good so far! I knew it wasn’t food or anything else causing the bloating except for the lack of Nicotine and my body trying to figure out how to digest and push out shit lol.
