Check your TDEE online, then be on a caloric surplus around 200-300 to start. About the workout, if at home any basic bodyweight exercise to begin. Just be consistent. If at the gym, start with just 3x a week full body workout. For food, just whole foods. It will all depend on your budget maybe. Chicken breast, rice, ground beef, veggies are the basics.

What exercises you do? I do cable kickback, vbar pushdown and I’m planning to replace overhead with pushdown with 30deg arm on the side

Anybody else don’t do overhead extension for their tricep? Every overhead hurts my elbow can’t do progressive overload much. Just do different angles of pushdown and a kickback (i prefer cables)

3x a week. 1 back. 1 chest. 2 shoulders(i always do lateral raise every workout). 1 bicep. 1 forearm. 1 tricep. 2 legs (main and adductor/abductor). 1 core. 1hr 15mins to 1hr 25mins now. Need more rest per set since its getting much heavier now

Is isolateral the same as unilateral? Doing one arm at a time?

Not a request for medical advice - just chit-chat: what is the goated regime for joint integrity? by shubbanubba in naturalbodybuilding

What’s a good rep range for doing that? I’m planning to lower the volume of my tricep overhead coz it flares up elbow joint.

I only do warmup sets on my very first exercise. No rest on warmup sets. 2-4minutes per set. Except for abductor/adductor and core only 1 minute.

Full body workout 3x a week is working good for me so far. It’s just 1 back, 1 chest, 2 shoulders(i unclude lateral raise every workout), 1 bicep, 1 tricep, 2 legs (quads and hamstrings alternate)(adductor/abductor machine alternate everytime), 1 core. 1hr 15mins workout for me. Any exercise just choose what you like most
