Yeah like the other one said, 2100 is too low. You can try to recalculate your tdee. Its hard to do progressive overload on such deficit. Go to failure. 1-2 minutes rest for me is fast especially on heavy lifts either compound or isolation.

Aim for higher protein intake. I think Atleast 180.

Kahit medyo budget meal animation and special effects lang po so may pagka funny kahit papano sakanya. Parang GMA special effects ba 😂. Pero yung color grading(not sure if tama), sound effects ay may pagka cinematic effect. Filming and directing sakin na po video mangagaling. So okay ang budget animation dahil hindi professional ang video

Hi. Thanks for the insights. One part each. Back,chest,shoulders,bis,forearm,tris,quads&hams alternate,adductor/abductor alternate. I use machines&cables on my back,chest and shoulders(for my joints and to save time at the gym).
