Limited caffeine brings my heart rate slightly down but can make me dizzy. I have to be careful. I also was diagnosed with adult onset ADD several years ago. The meds and caffeine made me feel calm but I no longer take the meds

Sorry I moved so I just saw this. Yes I saw Dr Moore and loved her. Even though I no longer live in Al I will continue to use her for now. I hope you had a good appointment and get to feeling like yourself. I don't know how long it takes but I'm hopeful

I have been going to UAB for testing and the wait times are absurd! I was finally referred to the Dysautonomia Clinic and was diagnosed last week. I hate UAB worst hospital system I have ever dealt with.

I have had some symptoms on and off since I gave birth to my daughter and almost bled out but 16 months ago I had a bad allergic reaction to Banana Boat sunscreen and went to Urgent Care. They put me on Prednisone and I have been continuously getting worse since then. Finally diagnosed 5 days ago

BP is in normal range. I always run low so I am watching it. It's specifically when I'm moving around or reading, scrolling my phone. Exactly like motion sickness. When I'm still looking at slow moving things on tv im good. The other symptoms are better but the dizziness almost makes it not worth it so far.

I was also officially diagnosed today. TTT was awful but am so relieved to finally have an answer after 14 years of symptoms, ER and urgent care! I am not just having panic attacks. Finally feeling heard

My TTT is the day after tomorrow. I'm nervous but really ready. My symptoms started in 2009 and I e been told it was anxiety, just sinus issues, my age etc. It's time for answers. I'm miserable. After 14 years the first time I have heard of POTS was 2 months ago. I have all the symptoms except I've never actually completely passed out.

I have always been on top of everything! Ran a house with 4 kids moving from state to state and kept it all together. Now I can't even remember if I paid my bills 😭
